1985 Titanic located 73 years after it sank

A recent Exhibition earlier in 2018 at the V&A exhibited a piece from the Titanic. A wooden oak panel from the over doorway interior of the first class lounge. From around 1911. It was on loan from Maritime Museum of Atlantic Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Split marks where the ship broke in half and is thought to be one of the largest pieces intact.
